What We Do
We achieve this by offering a range of services; lunch clubs, activities and events e.g. Keep Fit, Pilates, Walking groups, Days at the Races; IT courses, Art sessions, a Drop-in cafe plus a Support service for those needing to talk through issues of concern to them.
Some of our services are open to the community as a whole ensuring that our core users remain integrated and part of the wider society.
